Banana Bread

I'm currently working at a local camp, and we did an overnight this week.  I decided that since I had 3 overripe bananas, I'd might as well make banana bread for the sleepy staff as a breakfast option.

The recipe I use is from the Fannie Farmer cookbook, and it's super easy.  Just combine 3 mashed bananas with eggs,



and stir in the dry ingredients.


 I add chocolate to mine (Ghiradelli of course).


Bake for 1 hour, and bam!  You've got tasty banana bread!
