Too Hot for Baking

Hello everyone!  I apologize for the lack of posting, but this week in Albany it's been hot.  Averaging between 93 degrees and 103 degrees Fahrenheit.  However, after Sunday it will be cooling off, and I'll be back to baking!  Come back later this week for another ice cream installment and a popular summer baked good!
