Triple Chocolate Cookies

I've used recipes for double chocolate chip cookies, and quite often they end up deflated or too crunchy.  I decided that I should try and tweak my current favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe (from the Ghiradelli bag) and replace 1/3 cup of flour with cocoa powder.

I chose Ghiradelli cocoa powder because it gives a rich chocolatey flavor.  However, whatever cocoa powder you have on hand would work out fine.  After the flour was mixed in, I decided to add whit chocolate chipe to the mix.

But, the title of this post is triple chocolate chip cookies, so of course, I added the 60% cocoa chips as well.

Then it was business as usual.  Dole them our with my cookie scoop, bake for 11 minutes, eat.

I love using this recipe, and you can find it here.  Enjoy!
