A Very Late Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Hello everyone!  I apologize for not updating during the holidays.  I was in Florida, enjoying the brief warm weather, and observing some vegan baking with my sister.  Some exciting things happened while on my little vacation.  For one thing, I got engaged!

And on a less life changing, but still exciting note, I got some new baking equipment.

I have also been turned onto vegan baking, something I have done in the past, but that I really explored while with my vegan sister.  Expect some vegan experiments to show up here soon!
